Minimum Qualifications
- Has a master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral health or
- Has a bachelor’s degree with at least one year of full-time behavioral health work experience or
- Has an associate’s degree with at least two years of full-time behavioral health experience
- A registered nurse
Work Experience
- Has experience in diagnosing mental and behavioral disorders and substance use and abuse disorders
- Has experience in supervising Behavioral Health Technicians and or behavioral health care professionals
Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledgeable in the services offered to individuals with behavioral health issues
- Possess skills, knowledge, and protection of resident’s right
- Can read and implement the resident’s treatment plans
Key Responsibilities
- Will as the administrator when the program director is absent
- Authorized and responsible to operate the agency in line with the agency’s policies and procedures
- Will serve as the liaison between the Program Director and the Clinical Supervisor
- Responsible for on-site management of the activities inside and outside the facility concerning residents’ wellness
- Communicates with partner agencies and contracted professionals providing services for the residents
